Scaling Beyond $50,000 on a Single Platform?

Every plan includes up to $50,000/month in managed ad spend per platform. If your spend on any single platform exceeds $50,000/month, a high-spend supplement of $500/month per additional $25,000 applies. This covers the increased optimisation complexity, deeper analysis, and additional reporting that high-spend accounts require.

In practice, this means you can scale your spend freely and only pay more when your campaigns have genuinely outgrown the standard service scope. If your account reaches this level, it is a sign things are working well.

  • Adgentix does not produce creative assets. Clients provide all images, videos, and graphics. We provide creative direction based on performance data.
  • Payment begins immediately upon signup. There is no free trial.
  • Minimum ad spend thresholds apply per platform. See the platform minimums table above for details.
  • All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, your plan rolls to month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to cancel.
  • Support response times: Starter tier receives email responses within 48 hours. Growth and Scale tiers receive priority email responses within 24 hours. These times are for acknowledgement, not resolution.
  • Results are not guaranteed. We guarantee a rigorous process, transparent reporting, and every decision made in service of your targets.

No. Payment starts on your signup date. Every plan includes a full account audit as your first deliverable, so your first month begins with immediate value.

Your plan automatically rolls to month-to-month billing at the same monthly rate. To cancel, give 30 days' written notice at any time after the minimum term.

You can switch to annual billing at any renewal point. Switching from annual to monthly is possible only at the end of your annual term.

We bill in five currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and CAD. Your currency is detected automatically based on your location, and you can switch it manually. The price you see is the price you pay.

Credit and debit cards only, processed securely via Stripe. We do not issue invoices or accept bank transfers.

You will receive an immediate notification with a link to update your payment details. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, all active campaign management is paused. Your accounts remain accessible. We simply stop managing them.

Your base plan fee stays the same. A high-spend supplement of $500/month per additional $25,000 applies to any platform exceeding $50,000/month. This covers the increased optimisation complexity of larger accounts. We will always flag this before it applies, and it only activates once your campaigns are performing well enough to justify the spend.

Google Smart Bidding, Meta's delivery algorithm, and similar systems all need a minimum volume of clicks, conversions, and spend data to make intelligent decisions. Below certain thresholds, there is simply not enough signal for us or the platform to optimise meaningfully, and your results would suffer. Second, the economics need to make sense for you. If your monthly ad budget is close to or below the management fee, professional management is not the best use of your money. The thresholds differ by platform because costs per click and costs per impression vary. Google Search typically has higher CPCs, so more budget is needed to generate actionable data. TikTok operates at lower CPMs, so a smaller budget can still produce enough volume for effective optimisation.
